Rafan Group seeks a polished, customer-oriented Airport Representative to provide outstanding Meet & Greet services at Hamad International Airport, Doha, Qatar. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about excellent customer service and who thrive in a fast-paced airport environment.

Key Duties

• Greet and assist passengers arriving, departing, and in transit at the airport.
• Deliver Meet & Greet services aligned with operational guidelines.
• Guide passengers through all airport formalities including check-in, immigration, security checks, baggage retrieval, and transfers.
• Collaborate with airlines, airport officials, chauffeurs, and internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience.
• Keep track of flight schedules and promptly inform passengers of any delays or changes.
• Offer tailored assistance to VIPs, corporate travelers, families, elderly individuals, and those needing special services.
• Efficiently address passenger inquiries and resolve service issues professionally.
• Uphold Rafan Group’s reputation through professional and courteous conduct.

Job Requirements

• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, aviation, or airport operations is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to perform under pressure.
• A neat, professional appearance and customer-centric approach.
• Applicants should currently reside in Qatar.
