About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Host / Guest Relation Executive to join a distinguished premium restaurant. In this pivotal role, you will be the initial point of contact and a memorable first impression for all our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and greet all guests upon arrival.
• Guide guests to their designated tables ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
• Manage reservations efficiently and maintain waiting lists as needed.
• Guarantee an enjoyable dining experience for every guest.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth guest interactions and service delivery.
• Address guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Represent the restaurant with a courteous and positive demeanor.

Requirements and Eligibility
