Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated butcher (m/f/d) to join our Jena store, delivering excellent service and quality in meat sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer-focused service and expert consultation
- Ensure attractive presentation of product assortment
- Manage goods receipt and stock intake
- Maintain compliance with legal and internal hygiene guidelines
- Represent the company professionally both internally and externally
- Actively foster customer loyalty and acquisition
Candidate Profile
- Preferably completed training as a meat sales specialist, retail merchant with a focus on food, or cook
- Creative mindset with high quality standards, strong communication skills, and adaptability
- Organizational ability combined with responsibility and teamwork spirit
- Confident, friendly, and customer-oriented demeanor
