As an Airport Manager based in Buraydah, Al Qasim, you will spearhead airport operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all aspects of passenger and aircraft handling. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining exceptional standards in safety, security, customer service, and operational quality aligned with regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all passenger and aircraft handling activities, ensuring compliance with arrival and departure protocols, brand standards, company policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate actively in daily operations, including shift work during weekends and public holidays, to manage local airport activities effectively.
• Oversee the management of safety and security outcomes through promotion, identification of hazards, risk assessments, and ongoing compliance monitoring and reporting.
• Coordinate and fulfill requirements related to flight editing, VIPs, passengers with reduced mobility (PRM), MAAS, and other special category guests with meticulous planning and assessment.
• Develop, maintain, and regularly rehearse the station’s emergency response, disruption management, diversion/delay handling, and business continuity plans.
• Ensure punctual flight operations by managing delay mitigation, accurate reporting, and post-delay follow-ups.
• Manage airport ancillary sales activities by promoting services, coordinating processes, and monitoring compliance.
• Promote and monitor customer service standards, ensuring performance metrics and KPIs are met and reported accurately.
• Serve as the Local Security Contact Officer, acting as the main liaison for security matters.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree-level education preferred (or A-level/baccalaureate equivalent) or relevant extensive industry experience.
• A minimum of 7 to 9 years in leadership roles or senior management, with a background in global business best practices.
• Experience working in high-pressure, multicultural environments, particularly in supervisory roles within shift-based operations.
• Proven leadership capabilities including driving results and effective communication across multiple internal and external platforms.
• International or regional experience is highly desirable.
