About the team
The President’s Office partners with the Group President to improve productivity across the business and create long-term value. The team drives company-wide efficiency and AI transformation by working with regional and local teams to find high-impact improvement opportunities, align initiatives across business units, and scale results that matter.
Role overview
In this position, you will help lead AI productivity workstreams, turning complex operational problems into practical AI-enabled solutions. You will also support reporting, cross-market coordination, enablement programs, and the rollout of AI adoption plans and tools.
What you'll do
- Drive the delivery of AI productivity initiatives together with market and domain AI champions.
- Work through multifaceted cross-functional challenges and convert them into AI-led solutions.
- Build and automate AI performance reporting workflows, including dashboards and leadership-ready insights for country heads and heads of department.
- Organize monthly cross-market syncs, share effective practices, and remove blockers that slow execution.
- Support AI capability-building efforts such as leadership workshops, champion training, and employee education in collaboration with learning and development teams.
- Help shape AI adoption roadmaps, define tooling direction, and expand successful practices across teams.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in PMO, strategy operations, or program management.
- Experience in marketing, project operations, or product operations is preferred.
- Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks is an advantage.
- You should understand how LLM agents operate and be able to learn new concepts quickly.
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional initiatives, ideally across multiple regions.
- Comfort in preparing materials for senior leadership, including dashboards, AI case studies, and OKRs.
- Strong communication and follow-through skills, with a proactive, grounded, and results-driven approach.
- Prior involvement in AI product launches or automation initiatives is preferred.
- Experience from hackathons, open-source work, or building internal tools is a plus.
