Role Overview

As an AI Solutions Consultant in the Digital Accelerator team, you will shape the future of artificial intelligence within the Mercedes-Benz Group. Combining business insight and technology, you will create meaningful value through AI, contributing directly to future mobility from day one. You will be supported through training and coaching programs to enhance your soft skills and prepare you for upcoming challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise Mercedes-Benz on integrating AI successfully into business operations to generate lasting value.
• Provide strategic and operational counsel to top management concerning AI, digitalization, and transformation initiatives, including strategy development and execution.
• Identify and assess AI application potentials, derive actionable recommendations, and oversee their deployment.
• Lead the development and implementation of forward-thinking AI and business analytics solutions for multifaceted business processes involving numerous stakeholders.
• Manage complex data analyses end-to-end, including conceptualization, model building, data engineering, and results visualization.
• Participate in high-impact projects with significant management relevance, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and quality deliverables.
• Monitor and manage project risks to secure sustainable success.

Qualifications and Experience

• Master’s degree or equivalent in economics, computer science, engineering, natural sciences, or related fields with strong mathematical, statistical, or econometric components.
• Minimum two years of experience in dynamic analytical environments such as consulting, automotive, software, or startups; consulting experience is mandatory.
• Proven expertise in applying AI within corporate settings, along with in-depth knowledge of AI and machine learning.
• Technical proficiency with programming languages such as Python, Java, and JavaScript and practical experience in AI and data science applications.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Experience with cloud platforms and microservices is desirable, preferably Microsoft Azure (e.g., Databricks, Azure Data Factory).
• At least two years of experience presenting and communicating at top-management levels.
• Ability to perform under pressure and willingness to travel internationally.

Additional Information

This is a permanent employment opportunity. The working model is hybrid, combining office presence with remote flexibility.
