AI Model Assessment Specialist

Overview

This contract role is for a remote AI Model Assessment Specialist focused on reviewing AI-generated outputs and helping improve model quality. The work involves assessing accuracy, usefulness, clarity, and how well responses match project objectives.

What you will do

• Review AI-generated content across multiple subject areas and judge how well it performs.
• Provide detailed, practical feedback that can be used to refine and improve model behavior.
• Examine datasets and model outputs for correctness, readability, and alignment with the task at hand.
• Spot trends, irregularities, and subtle differences in responses using strong reading and observation skills.
• Work with teammates and share findings clearly in written and spoken communication.
• Use your own judgment and real-world perspective to simulate user scenarios and test how effective the model is.

Requirements

• Native-level English ability at C1 or C2 standard.
• Strong reading comprehension and analytical reasoning.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to notice nuanced differences.
• Ability to give concise, actionable feedback grounded in subject knowledge.
• Good organization and time management while working remotely.

Compensation and commitment

Pay ranges from $22 to $70 per hour. The role is remote and requires a weekly commitment of 10 to 40 hours.
