Team and Mission
The GBO Information Management team operates within LinkedIn's Go-to-Market-Enablement Center of Excellence, supporting Sales, Customer Success, Go-to-Market Operations, and Global Support teams. Our goal is to deliver seamless, trusted knowledge to the Global Business Organization by leveraging AI-powered, SME-verified information embedded into workflows.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage and sustain AI agents ensuring they meet quality standards, remain accurate, perform well, and are properly maintained throughout their lifecycle.
- Develop and enforce best practices, quality benchmarks, testing protocols, and maintainability frameworks for AI agents.
- Consult with internal partners on AI agent design, tooling, testing procedures, and governance compliance to build effective solutions.
- Create and deploy AI knowledge agents and solutions using tools such as Copilot Studio, Glean, and similar platforms.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to guarantee agent outputs rest on validated and reliable knowledge bases.
- Keep abreast of new AI technologies and features to refine governance strategies and implementation approaches.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
- Between 1 and 3 years experience in technology, operations, analytics, or AI-related positions.
- Understanding of AI governance concepts, including quality control, lifecycle oversight, and Responsible AI principles.
- Proven ability to adhere to structured procedures like intake, audits, testing, and reviews.
- Strong consultative and communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly.
- At least one year of hands-on experience developing AI agents, chatbots, or automation processes.
- Quick adaptability to new tools and technologies.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams or projects.
- Familiarity evaluating AI agent accuracy, consistency, and business relevance.
- Comfort with iterative experimentation and user feedback integration.
- Proficiency with scripting, low-code/no-code development platforms like Copilot App Builder or Power Apps.
- Background in dashboard creation (e.g., PowerBI) and workflow automation (e.g., Power Automate).
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, or diverse data sources.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this role is between $71,000 and $115,000, variable based on factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and job location.
