Position Overview
We are seeking an AI Content Operations Specialist to join our global team at Diligent, tasked with scaling high-quality content using AI as an enhancing tool and ensuring steady content delivery across the company. This role requires a highly creative, hands-on individual, preferably working onsite in Galway for at least three days weekly. Collaborating closely with Commercial & Enablement teams, Product Marketing, and Sales Leadership, this position transforms ideas and expertise into clear, actionable content that supports sales processes and internal teams.
You will manage the entire content lifecycle from ideation to delivery and continuous enhancement, which involves creating new assets, refining existing resources, and improving content organization and accessibility within the business. The role favors practical and rapid content production, emphasizing impact and ongoing refinement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging content, including presentations, guides, training materials, internal communications, and visual assets, tailored to sales, partners, onboarding, and internal teams.
- Utilize AI tools to draft, outline, summarize, and generate content variations, then refine and finalize content ensuring accuracy, clarity, and coherence.
- Manage content lifecycle activities such as intake, updates, and maintenance, ensuring resources are current, relevant, and easy to access.
- Review and enhance existing content for clarity and alignment with business goals and organize content repositories for quick retrieval.
- Collaborate directly with subject matter experts across teams, handling feedback and revisions independently and prioritizing tasks based on impact and urgency.
- Leverage AI to streamline content workflows, reduce manual tasks, and accelerate production timelines, including engaging in AI-driven automation initiatives.
- Establish streamlined processes for content requests, prioritization, and delivery; propose and implement improvements to content creation and management workflows.
- Maintain content quality, consistency in voice and format, and adapt materials to support key business occasions like product launches and company events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years experience in content development, sales enablement, instructional design, marketing, or a related dynamic sector.
- Proven track record in creating commercial materials such as playbooks, battlecards, presentations, and eLearning modules.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and eLearning development tools.
- Strong capability to design visually appealing and simplified content from complex information.
- Hands-on experience applying AI tools in content workflows to enhance speed, quality, and scalability beyond casual experimentation.
- Excellent project management skills, able to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail, organized approach, and proactive in identifying improvement opportunities.
