Role overview

Bees & Bears is looking for an AI Adoption Specialist to drive internal AI uptake after the consulting phase ends. Based in the Berlin Metropolitan Area, this role focuses on helping teams use AI tools effectively, safely, and consistently across the business.

What you'll do

Take charge of the company’s internal AI training effort, including onboarding for new joiners, workshops tailored to each department, and follow-ups with team leads to make sure the learning sticks.
Act as the internal point person for AI adoption from mid-July onward, handling questions, blockers, and escalations across departments.
Keep the data governance framework up to date as new tools and use cases are introduced, making sure it remains practical and aligned with company policy.
Own internal AI communication and help shape the culture and mindset needed for broad adoption across the organisation.
Work with leaders in CS, Partner Management, Risk, Finance, Sales, and Product to build function-specific Claude Teams guidance and prompt libraries.
Continuously identify automation and AI opportunities, then pass the most relevant use cases into the Applied AI Lead’s build pipeline.
Monitor adoption progress by tracking usage, blockers, and wins, then share reporting that supports prioritisation and shows impact.
Enforce the rule that private AI accounts are not allowed, and keep watch for shadow AI risks across the organisation.

What you bring

At least 3 years of experience working with automation tools, APIs, and AI-based workflows.
Practical experience using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
Exposure to building with LLMs, AI agents, or AI-enabled workflows.
A proven background of introducing automation or AI initiatives in operational teams.
Strong project management ability with end-to-end responsibility for complex workstreams.
Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, and basic technical architecture.
A fast-moving, pragmatic execution style with a clear focus on impact.
Comfort working across functions and bringing structure to ambiguous situations.
Bonus if you have experience in fintech or financial operations, especially in compliance or security-related workflows.
