About the Employer

Join a renowned organisation within the healthcare industry undergoing a significant digital transformation.

Role Overview

As the Agile Transformation Lead reporting directly to the Chief Digital & Information Officer, you will spearhead the adoption and continual advancement of agile, product-focused, and outcome-oriented methodologies across Digital, IT, and Transformation departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish practical standards, develop tools, provide guidance, and build communities of practice.
  • Coach and mentor leadership, teams, and product owners to eliminate obstacles, lead agile ceremonies, encourage collaboration, and embed continuous performance improvement.
  • Offer PMO and programme governance support, ensuring delivery oversight, executive reporting, and adherence to best practices on strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain a comprehensive perspective on the Digital and IT portfolio.
  • Create and manage executive dashboards reflecting delivery status, financials, risks, resources, suppliers, benefits, and operational performance metrics.
  • Assist senior leadership with budget planning, financial monitoring, performance measurement, and executive presentations.

Required Expertise

  • Extensive experience in Agile transformation, programme or portfolio management, PMO, digital delivery, or technology governance is critical.
  • Proven capability to implement or evolve agile and product-centric working methods.
  • Strong knowledge of programme governance, executive reporting, financial planning, and active stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated facilitation, coaching, and organisational competencies.
  • Experience within healthcare, public sector, or regulated industries is highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record working directly with senior executives.
  • Relevant certifications in Agile, Scrum, or PMO methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Jira product management software is preferred.

Additional Details

  • This role is initially 5 days per week onsite during the probation period, transitioning to 3 days onsite following successful completion.
  • Annual salary range of €75,000 to €80,000 depending on experience.
