Role Overview
The Agency Business Partner (AABP) operates within the agency channel of the insurance sector and plays a vital role in expanding the advisor network, driving sales, and managing teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard life insurance advisors or agents.
- Conduct training sessions to motivate and develop advisors.
- Drive insurance sales through a team-oriented approach.
- Achieve monthly sales and activation targets.
- Organize meetings and interact with customers.
- Build, lead, and manage a sales team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Preferred minimum qualification is a graduate degree.
- Open to freshers and experienced candidates alike.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership capabilities and team handling experience.
- Age requirement generally 18 years or above.
- Must hold IRDAI certification.
