Role Overview

The Agency Business Partner (AABP) operates within the agency channel of the insurance sector and plays a vital role in expanding the advisor network, driving sales, and managing teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard life insurance advisors or agents.
  • Conduct training sessions to motivate and develop advisors.
  • Drive insurance sales through a team-oriented approach.
  • Achieve monthly sales and activation targets.
  • Organize meetings and interact with customers.
  • Build, lead, and manage a sales team.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Preferred minimum qualification is a graduate degree.
  • Open to freshers and experienced candidates alike.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership capabilities and team handling experience.
  • Age requirement generally 18 years or above.
  • Must hold IRDAI certification.
