This position leads adult vaccination initiatives in the Vellore region by fostering trust-based partnerships with clinics, specialists, and healthcare providers. The role supports safe and efficient vaccination delivery and leverages customer insights to drive sustained demand. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify, connect with, and onboard clinics, specialists, and private healthcare providers involved in adult vaccination across Vellore and surrounding areas.
• Develop and maintain dependable relationships with physicians and clinic leadership influencing vaccination decisions.
• Provide comprehensive support to clinics covering clinical education, inventory management, ordering protocols, workflow optimization, and patient outreach.
• Utilize customer insights and regional data to update client profiles, predict demand, and meet commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with pharmacies, diagnostic centers, and hospital chains to set up or expand vaccination clinics and walk-in vaccination services.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement local training, resources, and programs ensuring vaccine delivery efficacy and safety.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least five years in sales, account management, or business development within healthcare, vaccines, or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Proven experience engaging private clinics and medical specialists in Indian urban or regional settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey clinical and operational details.
• Strong commercial understanding with a history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory and work on-site in Vellore.
• Legal eligibility to work in India.

Preferred Attributes

• Educational background in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, nursing, business, or similar fields.
• Experience in launching new healthcare services or market introduction of solutions.
• Familiarity designing or managing vaccination services, clinic workflows, or immunization programs.
• Experience collaborating with hospitals, diagnostic chains, pharmacies, or clinic networks.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and digital sales tracking tools.
• Team-oriented attitude with experience mentoring or coaching colleagues.
