As a Medical Business Associate based in Vijayawada, you will engage health professionals across the region to build trusted relationships and provide clear, evidence-based medical insights. Key Responsibilities

• Establish and sustain professional, respectful relations with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Develop and execute a territory plan informed by customer needs and insights.
• Communicate clear and scientifically accurate medical information to support healthcare decisions.
• Accurately document and report activities, outcomes, and customer feedback using company systems.
• Work collaboratively with medical, commercial, and access teams to solve customer issues and improve patient outreach.
• Continuously update knowledge on clinical evidence, market trends, and performance improvement methods.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

The position requires on-site presence in Vijayawada with regular travel within the designated territory. The role welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds, emphasizing inclusivity.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• At least one year of experience in customer-facing roles such as field sales or territory management.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu or other local languages prevalent in Vijayawada.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Authorization to work in India.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare marketing, or medical liaison roles.
• Ability to discuss clinical evidence and scientific concepts effectively with healthcare professionals.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management capabilities.
• Competence in using customer insights and basic data to guide activities and prioritize tasks.
• Fluency in Telugu complemented by Hindi or English for broader communication.
