Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven optimiser to manage and improve large-scale client accounts. This role calls for a strong grasp of search engine behaviour, keyword analysis, and both on-page and off-page optimisation methods.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle assigned cases on your own and complete them within the required turnaround time.
- Build campaign approaches that support client objectives and put them into action within the AdWords interface, including ETAs and optimisation work.
- Adapt your working style to suit different tasks and client needs.
- Keep stakeholders informed if any deliverables are likely to be delayed.
- Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing, with accurate grammar and confident pronunciation.
- Use your Dutch language skills at native/C2 level.
Ideal Profile
- Comfortable explaining Search advertising, with Display and Video knowledge considered an advantage.
- Able to understand campaign goals, budgets, flight dates, and other essential information needed to support campaign management.
- Well-versed in the AdWords platform, with Search, Video, and Display certifications completed.
- Keeps current with product updates and uses that knowledge to suggest performance improvements.
- Uses Google Docs and Microsoft Excel confidently, including both basic and advanced functions.
Basic Requirements
- Prior experience with AdWords and customer support.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads/Google AdWords is highly desirable; certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of online search advertising.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including functions and pivot tables.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Analytical and objective decision-making style.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work with limited supervision.

This position is based in Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland and is a full-time onsite role.
