Job Overview
The role involves guiding prospective students and their parents through the admission process by providing detailed course information and support. This position requires handling both incoming and outgoing phone communications, with a strong emphasis on converting potential leads into successful admissions while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise students and their families on available courses and admission procedures.
- Manage inbound and outbound telephonic communications effectively.
- Successfully convert prospective leads to enrolled students.
- Meet and exceed monthly admission goals.
- Keep detailed and updated CRM records and conduct follow-up communications.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in education sales, admissions, counseling, tele-sales, or inside sales roles.
- Strong communication skills paired with persuasive abilities.
Compensation and Work Details
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 in-hand, with additional attractive incentive schemes.
- Salary increment offered in relation to previous compensation.
- Job locations are Baner and Alandi in Pune.
- Working hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Weekly offs include fixed Sundays and the first Saturday of each month.
