Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers in purchasing a variety of financial products.
- Work exclusively during day shifts.
- Be fully accountable for achieving and surpassing periodic sales targets.
- Maintain productivity standards with quick and accurate work delivery.
- Adapt to shifting priorities as required by business demands.
- Prevent any losses or errors in assistance provided to customers.
- Ensure zero instances of mis-selling or fraud throughout the process.
- Respond promptly and effectively to all internal communications.
- Follow and uphold company policies and practices consistently.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Experience in field sales is preferred.
- Any graduate candidate is eligible to apply.
