About the Role
You will be responsible for providing counseling and sales support related to online undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs at Manipal University. This role operates from the Noida office during day shifts from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with Sundays fixed off. It requires direct interaction with students and parents via phone calls to guide and convince them to enroll in the university’s online courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students and parents using leads supplied by the university.
- Promote and counsel candidates about the university’s online UG and PG degree courses.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective telephonic communication.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Must have experience in sales or business development roles.
- Proven skills in outbound calling and customer engagement.
- Graduation qualification required.
Additional Information
