Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Admission Counsellors to join a prestigious private university with campuses across India and internationally. This role focuses on guiding prospective students through academic counselling and inside sales, converting inquiries into confirmed admissions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct academic counselling and inside sales to prospective students.
- Convert leads into confirmed admissions for undergraduate and postgraduate online degree programs.
- Engage with candidates primarily via telephone to promote educational offerings.
Job Details
- Fixed day shifts from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Workdays are Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off.
- Position is office-based at Noida Sector 16.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent command of English communication is mandatory.
- Prior experience in Edutech sales is essential.
Compensation and Benefits
- Attractive monthly sales incentives up to INR 80,000.
