Role overview

St. Mary's University in Hyderabad is seeking a well-organized Administrative Executive / Academic Operations Executive to support daily office and academic workflows. This position focuses on records handling, documentation, student data management, admissions coordination, reporting, and keeping administrative processes running smoothly.

The role works closely with university leadership, academic teams, students, and parents to ensure accurate records and efficient coordination across departments. The position reports to the Admin Office Head.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain official records, documents, files, and internal databases in an orderly manner.
  • Manage routine office communication through email, phone, and formal correspondence.
  • Arrange meetings, appointments, and day-to-day office coordination.
  • Draft administrative reports, presentations, and operational summaries.
  • Update and maintain student academic records and related databases.
  • Prepare attendance statements, student reports, and supporting documents as required.
  • Assist with admissions, registrations, and enrollment-related tasks.
  • Coordinate documentation for examinations and preserve result records.
  • Respond to queries from students and parents and provide appropriate support.
  • Handle forms, invoices, and payment-related processing while keeping proper records.
  • Track student fee records, receipts, and related financial documentation.
  • Support upkeep of staff details, attendance records, and administrative data.
  • Follow university policies and procedures in daily work.
  • Liaise with internal teams to keep administrative operations running efficiently.

Work structure

This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in Hyderabad. The incumbent will report directly to the Admin Office Head and coordinate regularly with administration, academic teams, and other departments.
