Role overview

St. Mary’s University in Hyderabad is looking for a Business Relations Executive to support stakeholder engagement, enquiry handling, admissions coordination, and business development activities in a campus-based setting.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with students, parents, partners, consultants, and other stakeholders, while ensuring queries are resolved promptly and courteously.
  • Respond to customer service enquiries with clear and accurate information, and maintain a positive experience through timely follow-ups.
  • Contribute to outreach and business growth by following up leads, supporting admissions processes, managing partner interactions, and helping convert enquiries into applications and admissions.
  • Work closely with internal teams, external partners, consultants, and vendors to keep activities on schedule, monitor deliverables, and share regular progress updates and reports.
  • Support the senior leadership team and the Founder’s Office with communication coordination, follow-up management, execution tracking, accountability, and confidentiality.

Working arrangement

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The selected candidate must work from the St. Mary’s Rehabilitation University campus and should be prepared to relocate to Hyderabad if needed.

Eligibility and experience

Applicants should have at least 1 year of relevant experience. Candidates from customer relationship management, admissions counselling, business development, sales coordination, marketing coordination, tele-calling, customer support, or executive assistant backgrounds will have an advantage. Freshers with strong communication abilities and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

Preferred profile

A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is acceptable, with preference for candidates from BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, MBA, marketing, management, commerce, or related fields. The role suits individuals who are comfortable speaking with students, parents, partners, and senior stakeholders, and who can manage multiple priorities with a proactive and responsible approach.

Other requirements

  • Strong spoken and written communication in English and Telugu or Hindi.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Confidence in handling calls, follow-ups, meetings, and coordination tasks.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills.
  • A positive attitude, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Comfortable working from the Hyderabad campus.

Compensation and additional details
