Role Overview
The Administrative Business Partner plays a pivotal role in supporting business operations in the Consumer Apps Marketing division, which encompasses key Google products like Gemini, AI, Search, Maps, and Responsibility, Education, and Policy (REP). This position helps executives and teams by managing operational and administrative tasks to enable smooth project execution. The role demands agility, up-to-date knowledge of Google products, strong organizational skills, and sound business judgment to serve varying stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a wide variety of core administrative duties such as managing calendars, coordinating travel, processing expense reports, and organizing facilities-related activities with some executive oversight.
- Execute expense procedures under direct supervision.
- Collaborate intimately with directors to amplify their impact across their teams and departments.
- Coordinate and oversee the planning and logistics of both internal and external events in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.
- Drive operational efficiencies by implementing innovative process improvements in collaboration with the wider administrative community.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least two years of administrative experience in a technology or multinational environment.
- Background in performing core administrative functions such as travel management, expense handling, and calendar scheduling.
- Preferred experience includes data evaluation for insights to support process enhancement or automation, managing small projects and events from conception through execution, and providing administrative support to executive-level management.
- Basic project management skills including planning, status updates, timeline estimation, and documentation are beneficial.

Compensation
The role offers a salary range between $79,000 and $112,000 per year, with a 15% bonus target, equity options, and benefits.
