Job description
Role Overview
As an Administrative Business Partner, you will be central to your team's operational success, proactively addressing managerial and team members' needs and ensuring smooth business functions. You will adeptly manage evolving situations and leverage the latest Google tools to enhance team productivity and project outcomes. Your responsibilities include managing schedules, organizing events, coordinating travel, and handling office logistics while demonstrating sound business judgment and strong interpersonal communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update calendars efficiently, preparing meetings with minimal supervision.
- Handle expense reporting and management tasks independently.
- Evaluate and communicate office space requirements with little guidance.
- Plan and execute internal and external events, coordinating with both internal teams and external vendors.
- Oversee travel arrangements and related logistics with autonomy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years administrative experience in high-tech or international settings, including travel management, expense handling, calendar coordination, and facilities organization.
- Preferred: At least 6 years supporting executive leadership in corporate environments, including small project and event management from planning through execution.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills across various job roles and functions.

Compensation
Salary range is $96,000 to $138,000 annually in USD, with a 15% bonus target, equity options, and benefits.
