Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, polish, and prepare detailed documents such as reports, slide decks, and professional correspondence
  • Handle department communication by reviewing, filtering, and prioritizing incoming calls and emails
  • Coordinate complicated travel plans and complete expense documentation according to internal policy
  • Support team projects by monitoring deadlines and working with colleagues to keep tasks on track
  • Step in to assist other administrative team members and take on additional assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

  • High school completion or an equivalent credential is required; college-level coursework is preferred
  • At least 2 years of prior experience in administrative or clerical support
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong planning and prioritization abilities with the capacity to manage several tasks at once
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Background

  • Exposure to project management software or related tools
  • Experience handling travel coordination and expense report preparation
  • Well-developed relationship-building and interpersonal abilities
  • Understanding of office processes and how departments operate
