Key Responsibilities
- Draft, polish, and prepare detailed documents such as reports, slide decks, and professional correspondence
- Handle department communication by reviewing, filtering, and prioritizing incoming calls and emails
- Coordinate complicated travel plans and complete expense documentation according to internal policy
- Support team projects by monitoring deadlines and working with colleagues to keep tasks on track
- Step in to assist other administrative team members and take on additional assigned duties as needed
Qualifications
- High school completion or an equivalent credential is required; college-level coursework is preferred
- At least 2 years of prior experience in administrative or clerical support
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong planning and prioritization abilities with the capacity to manage several tasks at once
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Background
- Exposure to project management software or related tools
- Experience handling travel coordination and expense report preparation
- Well-developed relationship-building and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of office processes and how departments operate
