Role Overview
This opportunity is with an employer in the long-term care services sector. The position supports senior leadership by keeping communications organized, managing schedules, coordinating travel, and helping key administrative tasks run smoothly.
The hiring partner offers compensation of up to $91,000 and the role includes eligibility for a performance-based incentive plan with a target earning opportunity equal to 5% of base pay. Responsibilities
- Keep communication and information moving efficiently between internal teams and external contacts.
- Plan and coordinate complex calendars for leadership, covering both in-person and virtual meetings.
- Organize business travel and complete expense reconciliation for the leadership team.
- Handle multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines consistently.
- Draft, polish, and update documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience supporting senior executives at the SVP, VP, or comparable level.
- Comfort working independently in a virtual setting with minimal supervision.
- Strong planning skills and the ability to balance competing priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms such as Teams and Zoom.
- Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive information carefully and discreetly.
- Preferred background includes scheduling and travel coordination experience.
- Strong problem-solving ability, flexibility, attention to detail, and follow-through are highly valued.
- Professional demeanor and effective communication skills are important for success in this role.
