Job description
About the Role
Netflix is a global entertainment platform serving more than 300 million paid memberships across over 190 countries, offering TV shows, films, and games in many genres and languages. The role supports executive leaders in Singapore across the Southeast Asia (SEA) Content and Content Programming Strategy & Operations (CPS&O) teams. This team drives the analysis and strategic planning behind content programming decisions, including content acquisition and original content choices.
The position suits someone who is highly organized, adaptable, quick on their feet, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-moving, regional environment. You will work with internal stakeholders and external partners across several Southeast Asian markets and time zones, often independently and remotely from the executives you support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate internal and external meetings across Southeast Asia, and resolve scheduling conflicts weeks or months ahead while accounting for multiple time zones.
- Handle end-to-end travel support, including regional and international bookings, detailed itineraries, passport and visa tracking, awareness of travel restrictions, and accurate travel and expense processing.
- Support financial and operational processes by raising purchase orders, tracking vendor payments, preparing initial drafts of contracts and sponsorship agreements, monitoring budgets and Anaplan allocations, and maintaining project logs for regional workstreams.
- Plan and coordinate internal team gatherings, team-building activities, and larger cross-functional off-sites across the SEA region with internal and external partners.
- Manage substantial internal and external communication, coordinate the movement of incoming and outgoing materials, and prepare presentation decks for regional meetings and stakeholder discussions.
- Build strong working relationships with administrative partners across Southeast Asian markets and contribute independently to team efficiency and execution when working remotely from leaders.
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 to 8+ years of experience in executive or administrative support, ideally assisting directors, senior leaders, or fast-moving teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Background in technology, entertainment, or another fast-scaling multinational business, preferably with exposure to cross-regional operations.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace tools, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Groups, Docs, Sheets, Meet, and Chat, as well as workplace platforms such as Slack and Workday.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, along with the ability to manage several tasks at once.
- Excellent prioritization and organizational judgment in an environment that changes quickly and frequently.
- Strong analytical problem-solving ability, meticulous attention to detail, and a structured, solutions-first approach.
- Proven discretion when handling sensitive information and the ability to work autonomously, sometimes with limited direction.
- Interest in learning about Netflix’s culture and succeeding within it.
