Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the administrative budget aligned with operational needs.
- Oversee lease administration for locations including Base Office and Guesthouse.
- Implement and promote sustainability initiatives within office premises.
- Meet financial goals through anticipating requirements, assisting budget preparations, scheduling expenses, monitoring costs, and optimizing resources.
- Manage overall facility operations by setting job expectations, monitoring and assessing employee performance, providing coaching and counseling, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Supply management by identifying needs for reception and cafeteria, establishing guidelines and work schedules.
- Procure printed materials and forms by gathering requirements, negotiating pricing, and managing quality and delivery timelines.
- Ensure proper maintenance and care of facilities, furniture, fixtures, equipment, and assets.
- Maintain health, hygiene, and safety standards within all facilities.
- Continuously improve office service quality and standards; collaborate with service providers, monitor performance daily, and initiate corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain inventory records rigorously in accordance with company policies and processes.
Additional Information
Good communication skills are essential. Candidates proficient in Hindi are preferred. The work location is Guindy, Chennai.
