Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our online team at Casinò Lugano SA, located in Lugano, Ticino, Switzerland. This full-time role is focused on ensuring customer satisfaction throughout all Customer Care activities, aiming to maintain high levels of client contentment.

Job Details

  • Work location: Lugano
  • Employment: Full-time, permanent contract starting from 01/09/2026

  • Work shifts between 8:00 AM and midnight, Monday to Sunday including holidays, with two rest days

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility is to guarantee customer satisfaction by managing all relevant Customer Care Service operations efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook
  • Willingness to work in shifts as described
  • Strong command of Italian and German (spoken and written at C1 level)
  • Knowledge of English and/or French is an advantage
  • Confidentiality, flexibility and accuracy in performing duties
  • Good interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and team spirit
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
