About the Role
We are casting non-union actors for a digital marketing campaign for a renowned beauty brand. The project involves filming a video from home where the selected talent simulates a conversation with a beauty expert about skincare concerns and routines, following a scripted 3-step skincare regimen.
Compensation and Usage
The project compensation is $750 for participation and content usage rights. The content will be utilized on the client's owned and operated digital platforms including social media channels such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram for one year from launch. Post the one-year paid media period, the content will remain accessible on client digital and social platforms indefinitely, but no paid media placement will occur after the first year.
Filming Details
Shoot will occur on a single day between August 19 and August 25. Filming will be done remotely from the talent's home. Production will supply any necessary filming equipment beyond what a standard self-tape setup would require. Applicants must be located in New York City as delivery of simple gear may be required.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking talent in two key age groups:
- Young adults aged 18 to 27 years (Gen Z), inclusive of all ethnicities, genders, and skin types, including those with various skin issues.
- Adults aged 35 to 50 years, inclusive of all ethnicities, genders, and diverse skin types and conditions.
The role involves portraying individuals who ask beauty experts questions regarding their skincare and specific skin concerns.
