Position Summary
As a luxury brand evaluator, you will anonymously assess various customer service aspects by visiting physical boutiques, shopping online, or managing returns. Your opinions and evaluations guide brands to enhance their offerings and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Select assignments that suit your interests and profile.
- Perform evaluations either by visiting luxury stores or from home through online assessments.
- Assess atmosphere, service quality, and the overall shopping experience meticulously.
- Provide candid and detailed feedback using structured questionnaires on our platform.
