Overview
Join Indusind Bank as an Acquisition Manager specializing in Housing Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP). This role focuses on expanding the bank's portfolio in housing finance by identifying new business prospects and nurturing existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Seek out fresh business avenues to stimulate growth in housing loans, home loans, mortgage loans, and loans against property.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients to enhance cross-selling opportunities and ensure continued loyalty.
- Engage in field sales duties including site visits, client meetings, and delivering presentations to showcase housing loan products.
- Monitor market trends and analyze competitors to maintain a competitive edge in the non-banking financial company (NBFC) sector.
Qualifications and Experience
- Zero to two years of professional experience within banking or financial services.
- Sound knowledge of housing finance products such as mortgages and loans against property.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for establishing effective client and team relationships.
