ACES Specialist - Ultra Fast Delivery Operations Lead

Role Overview

Join a pioneering team within Amazon Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) that is focused on creating and launching innovative business models throughout the AMET region. This position, based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, involves leading operations to redefine rapid delivery services while managing 3rd party store and delivery service partner operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and analyze operational metrics that influence customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Lead daily team meetings to align operational goals and strategies.
• Maintain and enhance ACES system tools to ensure operational efficiency.
• Deliver training sessions for delivery partners to uphold service standards.
• Ensure consistent adherence to Amazon policies including attendance, productivity, quality, and safety, motivating and coaching associates accordingly.

Basic Qualifications

• Fluent communication skills in English (spoken, written, and reading).
• A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Familiarity with general artificial intelligence tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in manufacturing or a customer-facing role is advantageous.
