Accounts Receivable Clerk

Overview

Pixalate is seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk to join its finance team, operating remotely from Singapore. This full-time role supports the Senior AR Clerk in managing the billing and collections workflow, involving invoicing, payment tracking, account reconciliation, and maintaining steady cash flow. The role requires close collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams to assure billing accuracy and efficient collection processes. Ideal candidates are detail-focused, numerically inclined, and effective communicators working well cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately generate and issue customer invoices on schedule.
• Track customer accounts, promptly following up on overdue payments.
• Record and reconcile payments, ensuring precise and clean bookkeeping.
• Investigate invoice disputes and resolve payment questions.
• Keep audit-ready documentation of all accounts receivable transactions.
• Produce aging reports and regularly update the finance team.
• Support month-end closing activities linked to accounts receivable.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success teams to maintain billing precision and smooth collections.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum three years’ experience in accounts receivable or related finance functions.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven hands-on experience using QuickBooks is essential.
• Exceptional attention to detail paired with problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, combined with a customer-oriented approach.
• Self-driven with the ability to independently manage deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to collaborate across time zones and accommodate meetings with global teams.
• Experience in SaaS, advertising technology, or digital advertising sectors is advantageous.
