Accounts Receivable Caller - US Healthcare RCM

About the Role

We invite applications for the position of Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller specializing in Medical Billing within the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) sector. This role requires 1 to 5 years of experience and is located in Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Madurai with work conducted from the office. Candidates should hold a graduation degree and possess solid expertise in AR calling and end-to-end denial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with US insurance providers to follow up on unpaid or denied medical claims.
• Analyze and determine reasons for claim denials.
• Resolve issues related to denied, rejected, or underpaid insurance claims.
• Handle billing accounts related to hospitals and/or physicians.
• Communicate effectively with insurance representatives to gain updates on claim status.
• Resubmit corrected claims when necessary to facilitate payment.
• Ensure prompt collection of outstanding payments from insurance companies.
• Maintain accurate claim status records and notes in billing systems like EPIC if applicable.
• Achieve daily set goals regarding productivity and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams responsible for billing and coding to address claim discrepancies.
• Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and ensure confidentiality of patient data.

Qualifications & Experience

• Any graduate degree.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM with a focus on AR calling.
• Demonstrated experience managing complete denial processes.

Additional Information

This opportunity provides competitive maximum salaries depending on location: Chennai and Bangalore up to 42,000 INR, Hyderabad up to 40,000 INR, and Madurai up to 32,000 INR. Interviews are conducted virtually or via walk-in. Immediate to one week joiners are preferred. On-spot or straightforward selection processes are offered. Candidates must be willing to work onsite.
