Accounts Receivable Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Accountant to manage daily AR tasks. This role involves entering customer invoices into the current accounting system, ensuring invoice accuracy with complete documentation, processing customer payments accurately, generating daily reconciliation reports, and assisting with month-end closures. This position primarily supports operations during the transition from a legacy system to a new ERP solution.

Key Duties

• Record customer invoices in the legacy accounting system.
• Confirm the correctness of all invoices and verify completeness of related documents.
• Handle the processing and allocation of customer payments precisely.
• Generate daily reconciliation reports for customers and accounts receivable.
• Contribute to closing procedures at the end of each month.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Have 2 to 5 years of experience in accounts receivable functions.
• Hands-on experience with Tally Accounting Software.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Ramco, or Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Meticulous attention to detail paired with strong reconciliation capabilities.
• Ability to maintain performance and accuracy under pressure, especially during ERP system transitions.
