Job Summary

The role involves acting as an Accounts Receivable (AR) calling executive, managing inbound and outbound calls for client accounts with efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to incoming and outgoing calls effectively while maintaining professionalism.
• Achieve or surpass individual and team-oriented goals such as call quality metrics and average handling times.
• Follow company procedures to maintain compliance and uphold quality benchmarks.
• Enhance communication capabilities and industry knowledge continuously.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to address complex customer issues.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Preference given to candidates with prior experience in customer support or call center environments.
• Good problem-solving attitude combined with a customer-centric approach.
• Availability to join within seven days and readiness to work night shifts in US time zones.
• Willingness to work from the office located in Chennai (Ambattur or Porur); remote work is not permitted.
• Residents from anywhere in Tamil Nadu are eligible to apply.
• Flexible to work five days a week with fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
