We are seeking a vibrant, energetic, and goal-oriented Education Counsellor to join our Chandigarh office. The role involves interacting closely with students and parents, combining counselling, admission guidance, follow-ups, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly receive and guide walk-in visitors including students and parents.
- Manage incoming communications such as phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails, directing them appropriately to counselling staff.
- Arrange appointments and keep counsellors' schedules updated.
- Handle student inquiries by accurately entering lead data into the CRM system.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective students regarding appointments and document submissions.
- Oversee courier services, mail, and general office correspondence.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organised, and presents a professional image.
- Assist with various administrative duties including filing, scanning, photocopying, and managing documents.
- Support the admissions and counselling teams through daily administrative assistance.
- Organize meeting rooms and refreshments for guests.
- Maintain visitor logs and keep office records up to date.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to foster a positive organisational impression.
