About the Role
This is a remote administrative position with a busy Australian accounting firm. The role is based in the Philippines and is suited to someone who is proactive, well-organized, and comfortable supporting both day-to-day office tasks and client-related coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Help with client onboarding and the gathering of required documents.
- Handle client emails and carry out follow-ups as needed.
- Enter and update information in Xero and other internal tools.
- Assist with administrative work related to ATO and ASIC matters.
- Keep client records accurate and up to date.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the accounting team.
Requirements
- Prior experience as an admin assistant or accounting assistant.
- Well-developed organisational abilities.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Able to manage several tasks at once and work to deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- Background in Xero or bookkeeping is an advantage.
- Experience supporting international clients while working remotely is preferred.
Compensation
The monthly salary range is PHP 20,000 to PHP 30,000, depending on experience.
