Accountant / Inventory – Automotive Industry

Role overview

An established automotive business in Riyadh is looking for a seasoned Accountant / Inventory professional to handle spare parts operations and support the company’s workshop, service, and wholesale activities.

Core responsibilities

• Oversee the complete spare parts workflow in-house, covering purchasing, goods receipt, stocking, and stock control.
• Make sure the workshop and service teams have the required parts available without delay.
• Grow the wholesale spare parts sales channel and help broaden the distribution network.
• Develop productive working relationships with wholesale buyers and suppliers.
• Support revenue and margin improvement through efficient parts and stock management.
• Track inventory quantities, improve stock movement, and reduce slow-moving or obsolete items.
• Maintain precise accounting entries, stock reconciliations, and operational reports for parts-related activity.

Preferred profile

• A bachelor’s qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is preferred.
• Applicants should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the automotive sector, ideally in spare parts, inventory, or wholesale operations.
• Working knowledge of inventory management, accounting fundamentals, and ERP platforms is important.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and ERP software is required.
• The role calls for solid analytical ability, good organization, and clear communication skills.
