Job description
Position Overview
This role is an active opening at Google, where AI tools support candidate assessments throughout the hiring process. Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales professionals serve as trusted consultants focused on small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), leveraging Google's advertising products to generate impactful growth outcomes.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
- At least 2 years’ experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media, or marketing roles is mandatory.
- Preferred candidates hold a master's degree in a related business field, have at least 2 years in a complex, matrixed organizational setting, and 1 year managing digital marketing campaigns or customer/agency relationships.
- Experience employing AI to enhance efficiency or productivity is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic discussions with key customer stakeholders to identify marketing objectives and KPIs, translating business needs into actionable advertising campaign strategies.
- Drive superior campaign performance, quantify the impact on customers’ businesses, and maintain meticulous account management.
- Develop and present data-backed advertising solutions that optimize customer value, address concerns effectively, and contribute to achieving growth targets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics ensuring accurate tracking and delivery of results aligned with client goals.
- Extract insights from performance data to identify promising opportunities aimed at customer expansion and pipeline development.

Compensation
The compensation for this role in Canada ranges from $114,000 to $117,000 CAD annually with a 35% target bonus, in addition to equity and benefits packages.
