Role overview

In this position, you will partner with advertisers to help expand their business and deepen customer relationships. The focus of the role is to encourage product adoption, support revenue growth, and understand how senior decision-makers evaluate options so you can identify customer needs and align Google’s advertising solutions to those needs. You will work as part of a sales organization that supports small and medium-sized businesses and helps shape the future of digital advertising.

You may be based in Mumbai, Gurugram, or Bengaluru, and you can indicate your preferred working location during the application process.

Minimum qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in stakeholder management, business, sales, or customer engagement.

Preferred qualifications

  • Exposure to both traditional and digital marketing strategy, along with a solid understanding of products across digital advertising.
  • Strong awareness of the local market and good investigative ability.
  • Capability to analyze business issues and turn them into clear recommendations and action steps.
  • Ability to manage several projects at once while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle a customer portfolio with account managers and ensure goals are met while maintaining a strong sales experience.
  • Build trust with senior leaders by advising on advertising investments, spotting growth opportunities, evaluating risks, and creating multi-quarter plans for durable business expansion.
  • Support business growth through partnerships, strategic planning, customer reviews, and product education.
  • Mentor colleagues to strengthen team capabilities and improve customer outcomes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to help customers grow.
