Account Manager

Role Overview

This full-time Account Manager position is located in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia and requires on-site presence. The incumbent will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as the principal liaison for handling inquiries, policy renewals, and modifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare insurance quotations and coordinate policy issuance processes.
• Track and monitor the progression of claims, ensuring timely resolution.
• Follow up diligently on pending documents and outstanding payments.
• Collaborate internally with various teams to address and resolve client-related issues.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records within agency systems.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products.
• Deliver clear, professional communication and high-quality customer service to support client growth and retention.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in account management or customer-facing roles, particularly in insurance or financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and sustain long-term client relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with office software such as MS Office and CRM platforms; adept at handling digital documentation and reporting.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when managing policies, documentation, and client records.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to assess client requirements and offer suitable insurance solutions efficiently.
• Capability to work both collaboratively across underwriting, claims, and operations teams, and independently with limited supervision.
• Educational background including a diploma or bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related area; insurance certifications are a plus.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is strongly advantageous for effective communication with clients in Jeddah.
