Role Overview
As an Account Lead in the Fintech division of Hopper Technology Solutions (HTS), you will spearhead the advancement of fintech products designed for our airline partners. Your key objective is to collaborate with these partners to introduce innovative fintech offerings, enhance and expand existing solutions, and uncover new opportunities that fuel business growth and improve the travel experience.
Daily Responsibilities
- Forge and nurture strategic relationships with airline partners, gaining insight into their fintech-related needs and obstacles.
- Lead development and launch efforts for new fintech products, aligning team efforts with airline goals and performance indicators.
- Drive optimization and expansion of current fintech offerings to adapt to evolving business requirements and increase ancillary revenues.
- Manage product implementations across various accounts, handling project coordination, stakeholder communication, documentation upkeep, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor performance, gather customer feedback, and inform product optimization strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver cohesive product experiences.
- Keep abreast of trends in fintech and the travel sector to forecast changes and pinpoint innovation opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Experience with vibe coding and prototyping using AI tools such as large language models (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT).
- Demonstrated success in managing and expanding strategic partnerships.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a keen eye for fintech and travel market opportunities.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with airline industry operations, challenges, and revenue models is highly advantageous.
- Native proficiency in Arabic and fluency in English to communicate effectively with partners in the Middle East and North Africa regions.
