Account Lead - Fintech Solutions for Middle East Airlines (100% Remote, Saudi Arabia)

Role Overview

We are seeking an Account Lead to join our Fintech Team, where you will spearhead the growth and success of fintech products tailored for airline partners. This role centers on working extensively with airlines to introduce new offerings, enhance existing solutions, and explore further fintech opportunities to boost business performance and enrich traveler experiences.

Daily Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with airline clients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs, hurdles, and fintech opportunities.
• Drive the creation and rollout of new fintech offerings, collaborating across internal teams to align product direction with airline objectives and success criteria.
• Improve and expand existing fintech product portfolios to ensure responsiveness to shifting airline demands and maximize ancillary revenue streams.
• Manage end-to-end product implementations for various accounts including project management, stakeholder coordination, thorough documentation, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution.
• Utilize data analytics to track product performance, interpret customer feedback, and apply data-informed decisions to optimize products.
• Partner internally with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success departments to provide seamless product delivery.
• Maintain awareness of emerging fintech and travel industry trends to anticipate market changes and identify innovation avenues.

Candidate Profile

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across different organizational levels.
• Experience with AI-based prototyping tools (including Large Language Models like Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) for rapid product/feature development.
• Proven track record managing and expanding strategic partnerships.
• Strong analytical capabilities facilitating data-driven decision making.
• Creative and strategic mindset to uncover fintech and travel sector opportunities.
• Excellent project management proficiency with organizational strengths.
• Background or familiarity with airline operations, revenue models, or industry-specific challenges is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic (native) and English, with an ability to communicate effectively with Middle East and North Africa partners.
