Role overview
Gallup is hiring an Account Lead to oversee a portfolio of client accounts and guide complex projects that influence how people engage, perform, and succeed at work. This role is centered on managing client relationships, driving operational discipline, improving client satisfaction, and creating opportunities for account expansion and long-term retention.
As the main point of contact for assigned clients, you will coordinate multiple workstreams, produce strong deliverables, and shape a client experience that builds confidence and delivers measurable value. If you communicate with clarity, approach problems strategically, and want your work to create meaningful impact, this position may be a strong fit.
Key responsibilities
- Take full ownership of project delivery by managing timelines, budget tracking, risk management, and changes in project scope.
- Develop trusted relationships with clients by learning their business goals, priorities, and pain points in depth.
- Act as the primary advisor to senior client leaders by guiding discussions, presentations, and recommendations with credibility.
- Examine data, surface meaningful insights, and turn those findings into recommendations that connect Gallup’s science with client needs.
- Spot possibilities to renew or grow project work and present those opportunities persuasively to business decision-makers.
- Support the growth of other consultants through coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
What makes someone successful in this role
- Clear, proactive communicators who set expectations early, keep stakeholders aligned, and handle difficult conversations confidently.
- Highly detail-oriented professionals who can deliver work on time, within budget, and within scope.
- Trusted advisors who can uncover unstated client needs and propose bold, practical solutions.
- Analytical thinkers who can interpret raw data, research outputs, and strategy inputs using both human judgment and AI-assisted tools.
- Driven professionals who excel in a demanding, fast-moving, results-oriented environment.
- Growth-focused consultants who look for ways to build, renew, and expand client engagements.
- Team-oriented people who enjoy mentoring and helping colleagues succeed.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree such as an MBA or a master’s in organizational psychology is preferred.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in project management, client management, management consulting, human capital consulting, human resources, employee engagement, or a similar field is required.
- Native-level fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
- Proven experience in managing and growing client accounts is required.
- Strong experience leading client-facing work with senior stakeholders is required.
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills are required in order to generate meaningful insights.
- Willingness to work from Gallup’s Singapore office at least 3 days per week is required.
- Candidates must already be eligible to work in Singapore; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
What you can expect
- Purpose-driven work with the chance to make a real difference through meaningful client outcomes.
- A collaborative culture with intelligent, motivated teammates who value new ideas and diverse perspectives.
- Ongoing learning and career development in an environment that encourages curiosity and healthy challenge.
- The energy of a growing organization combined with the strength of an established global brand.
- A vibrant office in Singapore’s central business district with views of the city skyline.
