Principal Consultant — Leadership Development (Bilingual Arabic and English)

Role Overview

Take on a pivotal role empowering executives to redefine leadership, enhance team dynamics and achieve outstanding organizational performance breakthroughs. As a Principal Consultant specializing in leadership development, you will leverage Gallup’s renowned research in strengths, engagement, and leadership to craft and facilitate transformative consulting engagements, coaching sessions, workshops, and development programs targeting leaders across all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial consultations and diagnostics to fully grasp client challenges and identify opportunities.
• Design and implement tailored learning programs that integrate Gallup analytics with client strategic goals.
• Lead high-level sessions including executive meetings, vision alignment workshops, and coaching to bolster leadership effectiveness, cultural strength, and measurable business outcomes.
• Develop expertise in areas such as culture transformation, strengths cultivation, employee engagement, performance management, and coaching methodologies to guide leaders and teams in maximizing their capabilities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably related to business, psychology, or sociology; advanced degrees such as Master’s or Ph.D. considered an advantage.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in executive facilitation, consulting, or corporate L&D roles.
• Proven track record advising senior leadership on initiatives related to leadership development, engagement, or cultural change.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively—approximately 80% of the time.
• Preferred certifications include Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach or International Coaching Federation credentials.
• Familiarity utilizing artificial intelligence tools for research or content creation is a plus.
