Job description

Position Overview

The Chicago Bulls are looking for a driven, detail-focused, and inventive problem solver to join the organization as an Account Executive in Partnership Marketing. This role centers on delivering on partnership commitments, managing service needs for corporate partners, and helping activate a range of partnership assets. These activations may include in-arena and outside-the-arena elements, social media content, and community-based partnerships. You will also support client hospitality, partner-facing service, and the planning and execution of corporate partnership events and programs.

The right candidate will be solutions-oriented, able to juggle competing priorities, and comfortable responding quickly and proactively to time-sensitive needs. Success in this role requires someone who thrives in a fast-moving, changing environment and who communicates strategically while building strong connections with teammates and partner contacts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with assigned clients and position yourself as a reliable strategic partner.
  • Carry out all contractual commitments while delivering responsive, high-quality service.
  • Manage daily communication with clients, along with project creation, reporting, and recap preparation for assigned partnership accounts.
  • Facilitate internal cross-functional meetings and ensure clear follow-up actions and ownership are established.
  • Suggest partnership refinements based on business and partnership strategy so that deliverables remain aligned with both team and partner objectives.
  • Oversee or assist with partner hospitality events and related programming.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sponsorship account management or similar agency/brand-side work.
  • Ability to manage several project schedules at once while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work well with colleagues across all levels of an organization.
  • A consultative mindset with a collaborative, team-first approach.
  • Balanced working style that combines creativity with efficiency.
  • Strong commitment to quality, detail, time management, and dependable follow-through.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter who can move work forward with limited direction, knows when to ask for help, and adapts quickly to feedback and changing needs.

Preferred Skills

Experience with CRM platforms such as KORE or KORE Activate is preferred. Strong operational organization and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite are also desirable. A BA/BS in a marketing-related discipline is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

The base pay for this role is estimated at $50,000 to $55,000 per year, plus a structured bonus. The position is overtime eligible. Final compensation will depend on education, experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market alignment.
