Job description

Role overview

This opportunity is shared on behalf of a partner organization, which will handle applications and the next stages of the hiring process. The employer is seeking an Account Executive for the mid-market segment in Saudi Arabia.

The role is designed for a motivated sales professional who can own the full B2B SaaS sales journey in a fast-moving, growth-focused setting. You will help automotive service businesses streamline operations, scale revenue, and improve customer experiences through modern technology. The position involves working with decision-makers in multi-site organizations, managing intricate sales processes, and developing lasting business relationships. It offers strong independence, high visibility, and the opportunity to contribute to both product direction and customer success.

Ideal candidates will bring a strategic sales mindset, strong commercial judgment, and confidence in managing several stakeholders at once. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to combine industry-facing work with measurable business outcomes.

Key accountabilities

  • Own the entire sales journey, from lead generation and qualification through negotiation, deal closure, and customer transition.
  • Create and run outbound prospecting plans that generate new business and keep the self-generated pipeline healthy.
  • Work with several stakeholders inside target accounts, identify the real decision-makers, and build agreement across the buying group.
  • Lead discovery discussions to understand business pain points, operating challenges, and growth goals.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and customized proposals aligned to customer needs and objectives.
  • Work closely with onboarding teams on proof-of-concept activities and help ensure a smooth implementation experience.
  • Coordinate with customer success teams to support a clean handover and long-term retention.
  • Bring customer feedback and market insights back to internal teams to improve products, processes, and go-to-market execution.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, roadshows, and networking forums to grow visibility and relationships.
  • Consistently meet revenue targets, sales goals, and pipeline-building expectations.

Requirements

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience selling B2B SaaS, ideally in a mid-market, quota-carrying, or full-cycle closing role.
  • Proven track record of handling complex sales motions with multiple stakeholders and extended sales timelines.
  • Strong capabilities in prospecting, pipeline creation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Experience working with CRM tools; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Background in automotive repair or automotive services is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and bring structure to a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability with a customer-first approach.
  • Good time management and organization, with the ability to manage several opportunities at the same time.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently, up to around 50% of the time.

Benefits and perks

  • Competitive base pay with commission tied to performance.
  • Flexible remote-first working arrangement.
  • Generous paid time off.
  • Paid leave for parental, maternity, bonding, and medical needs.
  • Medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance coverage.
  • Employer-backed healthcare plans with significant premium support.
  • Access to free and confidential mental health support.
  • Retirement savings plan with matching employer contributions.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts.
  • Life insurance plus AD&D coverage.
  • Monthly wellness reimbursement for physical and mental well-being.
  • Home office setup allowance after one year of employment.
  • Support for continuing education and professional growth.
  • Regular team events, company gatherings, and opportunities to connect with colleagues.
