Role Overview

The company is looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven sales professional responsible for enrolling dental clinics into the Denzy network. This role involves quickly responding to incoming interest, engaging decision-makers such as clinic owners via phone calls, and closing deals. Denzy's unique risk-free Pay-Per-Patient model contributes to a high closing rate exceeding 60%. Additionally, the role demands proactive outbound outreach to clinics not yet acquainted with Denzy.

Key Responsibilities

Promptly and consistently follow up on inbound leads.
Make cold calls and send outbound emails to dental clinics across Canada.
Effectively communicate the benefits of Denzy’s Pay-Per-Patient service and secure clinic sign-ups.
Maintain accurate pipeline records and monitor performance metrics.
Achieve or surpass weekly outreach activities and monthly clinic enrollment targets.

Candidate Requirements

Demonstrated success in outbound sales, ideally within B2B healthcare or SaaS industries.
Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and outreach efforts.
Persuasive, confident, and motivated, with strong skills in closing deals.
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
Highly organized, capable of managing sales pipelines utilizing CRM software.
Experience in the dental sector is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Position Details

Base salary of $45,000 CAD plus uncapped commission opportunities.
Expected total earnings range between $75,000 and over $110,000 CAD annually.
Employment type is full-time and entirely remote within Canada.
