Legartis is a pioneering Legal AI firm revolutionizing contract review and analysis for enterprises. Our AI-powered platform enables legal, procurement, and business teams to speed up contract assessments, ensure compliance, and enhance transparency while minimizing manual input. We strive to make contract intelligence accessible, understandable, and actionable for businesses worldwide.
Role Overview
As an Enterprise Account Executive focused on the international market excluding the DACH region, you will oversee the entire sales lifecycle for new and expanding enterprise clients. This role requires cultivating trust with senior stakeholders, quantifying the value of our solutions, and closing complex deals with significant business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and secure high-value enterprise contracts across Europe outside the DACH region, acting as a trusted advisor to General Counsel, Legal Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Compliance executives, supported by an SDR team for outbound efforts.
- Lead a consultative, structured sales process involving discovery, qualification, solution design, stakeholder analysis, business case development, security and procurement vetting, negotiation, and closure.
- Convert client needs into measurable value by linking Legartis offerings—such as contract review automation, clause and risk identification, configurable playbooks, analytics, and collaboration tools—to outcomes like faster processes, reduced risk, and improved governance.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans incorporating market analysis, multi-level stakeholder engagement, and land-and-expand growth tactics.
- Conduct dynamic product demonstrations and executive discussions, confidently guiding clients through AI adoption.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to secure deals and ensure seamless transitions for ongoing client satisfaction.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and meticulous CRM upkeep to achieve predictable revenue targets.
- Travel regularly across Europe for key meetings and industry events.
Candidate Profile
- Fluency in English at C2 level, both verbal and written; proficiency in additional European languages such as French, Dutch, or Nordic languages is advantageous.
- Minimum five years of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions, particularly to enterprise clients with average contract values ranging from €50,000 to over €150,000.
- Demonstrated success in closing intricate, multi-stakeholder deals with extended sales cycles.
- Strong consultative selling skills, including identifying pain points, quantifying business impact, constructing compelling value cases, and steering complex decision-making processes.
- Comfortable engaging with senior leaders such as General Counsel, CFOs, CISOs, and Heads of Procurement or Sales, coupled with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Organized and methodical in managing sales pipelines, forecasting revenue, and maintaining CRM data integrity.
- Curious, motivated collaborator who thrives within a scale-up environment valuing ownership and teamwork.
Onboarding and Success Plan
- Days 1-30: Deep product and market immersion, review and engage with active opportunities, initiate outbound sales efforts.
- Days 31-60: Lead enterprise sales cycles, provide input on sales playbooks and outreach strategies, align inbound and outbound sales activities to progress deals.
- Days 61-90: Close initial contracts, expand outreach and prospect pipeline, and contribute to team growth structures.
Why Join Legartis?
- Work at the forefront of legal technology and AI within one of Europe's most innovative Legal AI companies.

- Attractive compensation with eligibility to participate in Legartis Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP).
- Flexible work options including remote work based in Germany or hybrid work from Leipzig or Berlin offices.
